D'Dami Salon is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a 25% of your services that you were booked for.

If you are a NO SHOW, you will be charged 50% of the services you were booked for.

This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill.

By giving last minute or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule in that time slot. 

With us being closed on Sunday and Monday, if you need to cancel on one of those days for a Tuesday appointment, you can contact us through email (ddamisalon@yahoo.com), our website or Facebook.
